The Mayflower Dollar General location has plans to move within the Shannon Square Shopping Center in a space previously occupied by Harps.  After the move, the upgraded, larger store is expected to rebrand as “Dollar General Market”, offering fresh produce.  Currently, Dollar General is located in the southwest corner of the center. 

Last year, the company announced plans to expand and offer fresh produce in up to 10,000 stores across the nation.
