Has enforcement impact of:

• Misdemeanor

• Upon conviction, could bring fine of $100 to $500 for violation

• 1st time verbal warning

• Under 18 YO is verbal or written warning

• No LEO will arrest or detain for violating this order

• Will allow LEOs to enforce trespassing laws if they have to remove violators at the request of business or property owners

Order automatically expires upon termination of emergency.
