Blue Star Park upgrades

UPDATE: Blue Star Park is complete, and the Christmas tree will be lit up throughout the holiday season.

Blue Star Park has been cleared, and installation of the new fountain is underway.  Completion expected to be in the fall of 2016.

Construction will begin soon on upgrades to Blue Star Park.  Poles will be removed, and the three flag poles will be changed to a single pole. In the center, a seven foot fountain will be placed in the center of the display, with river rock around the lower tiers.  A white fence will replace the wire fence, and a curb added next to the road. The monuments will remain, along with the benches. The upgrades are expected to take about two months to complete.
